Blue Collar Skin Monthly Giveaway — Official Rule

1. Promoter

The giveaway is operated by BCS Trading Limited Liability Company, trading as Blue Collar Skin.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Australia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live.

Employees of the Promoter, people involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited. Any required permit details will be published with the applicable monthly giveaway.

3. Monthly entry periods

Each monthly giveaway is a separate promotion, opening at 12:00 a.m. UTC on the first day of the month and closing at 11:59 p.m. UTC on the last day of that month.

The applicable month, prize details and drawing schedule will be published before entries open. Entries do not carry over to later months.

4. How to enter

Eligible entrants receive one entry for the applicable month through any of these methods:

Active subscription: Have an active Blue Collar Skin product subscription when that month’s entry period closes.
Bundle purchase: Purchase a Blue Collar Skin bundle during that month’s entry period.

Limit: one entry per person per month, regardless of entry method. Multiple purchases, subscriptions, or emails do not provide additional entries.

All valid entries are included in the same drawing and have an equal chance of winning.

5. Monthly prize

One winner will receive the prize specifically advertised for that month on the Blue Collar Skin bundle page and in the Monthly Giveaway Details below.

The prize may differ between months. Its exact description, included items, quantity and approximate retail value will be published before each monthly giveaway opens.

The Promoter covers standard delivery to the winner’s eligible US or Australian address. No payment to the Promoter is required to claim the prize. Taxes legally payable by the winner remain the winner’s responsibility.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any necessary substitution will be of equal or greater value and subject to applicable law and regulatory approval.

6. Random selection

One potential winner will be selected using a random-selection app or equivalent random-selection process from all valid customer and free entries combined.

The drawing date and location will be published in the Monthly Giveaway Details. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

7. Winner notification and delivery

The potential winner will be contacted by email and, where available, telephone within seven days of the drawing.

The winner must confirm eligibility and provide the information reasonably needed to deliver the prize. No payment is required.

The claim deadline and any unclaimed-prize drawing will follow the published monthly schedule and applicable legal requirements.

8. Fair participation

Automated, fraudulent, or deliberately duplicate entries are prohibited. Entrants who tamper with the giveaway or breach these rules may be disqualified.

9. Privacy

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, confirm eligibility and deliver prizes in accordance with the Blue Collar Skin Privacy Policy:

Free entry does not automatically enroll entrants in marketing communications.

10. Independent promotion

The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability relating to the giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the manufacturer of the prize is not a sponsor of this giveaway.

11. Winner information

For winner information, email support@bluecollarskin.com with the subject “Monthly Giveaway Winner” and specify the drawing month. Information will be provided subject to applicable privacy and disclosure requirements.
